Description : Preeti Sengupta (Dutta) is an airhostess living with her boyfriend Karan malhotra (Roy). They sharea nice 2BHK apartment in the northern suburbs of Mumbai and are befriended by their elderly neighbor Madhusudan Tanha (Kher), who lives with a cat. When Preeti throws her boyfriend out of their apartment,she needs a tenant to afford the rent. Enter Neha Bharadwaj (Chandra), a modest, small-town girl who becomes the next roomie and everything looks alright. Until things begin to go disastrously wrong- slowly but steadily and Preeti`s seemingly normal life is thrown out of gear.Is it just co-incidence or is someone deliberately causing the troubles?
